ARQEVIN should only collect information needed to provide an investigation service, operate customer accounts, secure cases and communicate with customers. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords or 2FA codes.

Before accepting real customer evidence at scale, this policy should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which ARQEVIN operates and updated with the final data-retention, processor and rights information.
